We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for assisting international customers with travel-related queries and providing professional and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries over voice.
Assist customers with travel bookings and reservations.
Handle booking modifications and cancellations.
Resolve customer service and travel-related issues.
Provide accurate information while maintaining excellent service standards.
Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain skilled communication with international customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Voice.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Excellent English communication.
