Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients.
Explain Ayami Skin’s services, treatments and offers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
Confirm and remind clients about appointments.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the front desk and treatment team.
Provide excellent customer service and build valuable client relationships.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in English & Tamil.
Pleasant personality and confident communication.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, clinic, salon or beauty industry is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
