WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER FOR AEC GROUP OF COMPANIES

Location: Alappuzha, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 Years in HR

AEC Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to join our team in Alappuzha.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete HR operations and employee lifecycle
Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and procedures
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation
Handle employee relations, grievances and workplace issues
Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate employee-related records
Identify staffing requirements and coordinate with department heads
Support employee engagement, training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
Prepare regular HR reports for management
Help build a qualified, productive and positive work culture across the AEC Group

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration or a related field
3–5 years of relevant HR experience
Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
Experience in managing HR independently will be an advantage
