Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business, maintaining customer relationships, generating orders, and achieving assigned sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Visit optical shops, dealers, distributors, and other customers regularly.
Generate orders and follow up on customer requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Promote company products and explain product features to customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collections.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for resolving complaints.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Dispatch, Accounts, Production,



and other departments.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Conduct regular market visits within the assigned territory.
Follow company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements
Plus Two / Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
Experience in the optical/lens industry will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
