Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Career Guides / Admission Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to understand learners' career goals, provide appropriate guidance, and assist them in choosing the right finance-related programs.

The role involves counselling prospective students, handling inquiries and walk-ins, managing the admission process, and achieving monthly admission and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Guide learners and parents regarding suitable finance programs.
Understand learners' career goals and recommend appropriate courses.
Handle student inquiries, walk-ins, calls, and counselling sessions.
Manage the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective learners.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements
2–6 years of experience in Career Counselling, Admission Counselling, B2C Sales, or a similar role.
Experience in Education or EdTech is preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to handle learners and parents professionally.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
