Production Manager – Sheet Metal Industry

Location: Kundli, Sonipat

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Handle CNC & VMC machines and coordinate production operations.
Monitor manpower, machine utilization and production efficiency.
Ensure quality standards and minimize rejection/rework.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC & Stores departments.
Troubleshoot production-related issues and improve processes.
Maintain production reports and monitor KPIs.
Ensure proper implementation of safety and 5S practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry.
Solid knowledge of CNC & VMC machines.
Positive understanding of production planning and shop-floor management.
Experience in handling production team and manpower.
Problem-solving and leadership skills.
Experience: 5+ years preferred.
