Civil Site Engineer – Road Construction

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise road construction work at project sites. The candidate should have practical knowledge of road construction and be capable of independently handling day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily road construction activities at site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ and specifications.
Manage labour, subcontractors and construction machinery.
Check road levels, alignment, thickness and measurements.
Supervise Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC and bituminous works.
Coordinate with departmental engineers, consultants and other site staff.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Take measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Coordinate with the office for material, machinery and manpower requirements.




Resolve day-to-day site issues and report major issues to management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably road construction.
Positive practical knowledge of road construction activities.
Knowledge of site measurement, levelling and basic surveying.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Should be able to independently manage site activities.
Willingness to work at construction sites.

Preferred

Experience with government road projects, PWD, UDA, Nagar Nigam or similar departmental works will be an advantage.

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹10,875.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Udaipur, Rajasthan (Udaipur)
