Key Responsibilities
Work Execution
Execute works as per Project Manager’s instructions.
Study drawings and carry out site setting out as per approved plans.
Plan and allocate labour based on site requirements.
Ensure works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Maintain labour attendance (Manual & CMS) and supervise subcontractors.
Implement safety procedures and maintain site housekeeping.
Prepare stage-wise BBS and obtain approvals for NMR, machinery, and specialized works.
Monitor manpower, material usage, and minimize wastage.
Material Management
Raise MRNs through CMS and maintain stock records.
Verify and acknowledge material receipts and outward movements.
Ensure timely availability and protected storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
Billing & Documentation
Record daily measurements in the M-Book.
Prepare weekly subcontractor bills and additional work claims.
Reporting
Submit monthly progress reports and work done statements to the Project Manager.
