We are looking for an HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, especially IT Infrastructure hiring.
Location- Bhopal(Preferred local candidates only)
Budget- 2.5LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
Understand technical requirements and identify relevant IT profiles
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure positions are closed within timelines
Required Skills:
1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
IT Infrastructure hiring experience is highly preferred
Positive understanding of technologies such as Networking, Windows/Linux, Cloud, System Administration, Cybersecurity, Database, DevOps, etc.
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
