Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate travel leads.
Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international tour packages.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
