Job Title: Finance Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to monitor and control operational costs, improve profitability, and ensure productive utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs on a daily basis.
● Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
● Analyze consumption patterns and identify wastage, pilferage, and cost leakages.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and share insights with management.
● Track and analyze Food Cost %, Beverage Cost %, and overall operational expenses.
● Work closely with the kitchen, procurement, and operations teams to ensure cost efficiency.
● Verify purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and vendor bills.
● Ensure proper inventory management and maintain stock records.




● Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and enhance profitability.
● Conduct periodic physical stock counts and investigate variances.
● Establish and maintain internal controls related to inventory and expenses.
● Support management in budgeting and forecasting related to operational costs.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in the hospitality, café, restaurant, or F&B; industry.
● Solid understanding of inventory management, food costing, and cost analysis.
● Hands-on experience in stock audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/accounting software.
● Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,982,885.39 per month
