CNC / VMC Operator – 2 Positions

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Salary: n20,000 – n25,000 per month

Shift: Day / Rotational Shift

Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC and VMC machines to produce precision components as per drawings.
Set up machines including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and workpieces.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform basic CNC program editing and corrections when required.
Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Carry out in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments.
Maintain production logs and report deviations or machine issues.
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience in CNC / VMC operation.
Knowledge of G-codes, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
Familiar with Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
