About the Role

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing real estate sales team. As a BDE, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and guide them through the buying process. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment advantages.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility
Any Bachelor’s degree (Freshers can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
