- Lead and manage multiple audit & assurance engagements , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.n
- Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.n
- Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.n
- Maintain regular client communication , manage expectations, and ensure strong client relationships.n
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.n
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to qualified and firm standards.n
n Requirements

- CA / CPA qualified n
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Audit & Assurance n
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team management experience n
- Strong experience working with Financial Services clients , particularly:n
- Broker Dealersn
- Private Equity / Venture Capitaln
- Hedge Fundsn
- Funds of Fundsn
- Strong analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.n
