n Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging Montessori lessons aligned with the Montessori methodology.n
- Prepare and maintain a stimulating, safe, and organized classroom environment.n
- Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and developmental milestones.n
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.n
- Encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.n
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.n
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences.n
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and career development programs.n

n Requirements:

- n
- IMTC certification or Montessori Teacher Training certification is mandatory.n
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline.n
- Prior experience as a Montessori Educator is preferred.n
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Passion for early childhood education and creating an engaging learning environment.n
