About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM / SAP Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (On-Premises) and extensive US Payroll knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of configuring SAP Payroll and delivering end-to-end payroll implementations, from requirements and design through go-live and post-production support.

This is a hands-on functional/technical role requiring strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, US payroll processes, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation activities from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
- Perform hands-on configuration of SAP HCM Payroll – On-Premise.
- Exposure to complex US Payroll and SAP HCM processes
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll calculation rules,



deductions, and payments.
- Configure and support retroactive and off-cycle payroll processing.
- Support US payroll taxation, statutory requirements, deductions, benefits-related payroll processing, garnishments, and compliance.
- Work with HR/Core HR teams to support employee and master-data replication into SAP Payroll.
- Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Core HR and SAP On-Premise Payroll.
- Develop and execute payroll testing, including unit testing, integration testing, parallel payroll runs, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot payroll calculation and integration issues and provide production support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, and other project members throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-production activities.
