Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, devices, internet connectivity, and IT assets across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.

Diagnose and resolve internet, Wi-Fi, and basic network-related issues.

Manage laptop dispatch, allocation, collection, and maintenance for employees.

Maintain an updated IT asset database and records of all IT equipment.

Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, AMC, and technical support.

Manage IT-related requirements during employee onboarding and exits.

Ensure timely resolution of employee IT support requests.

Maintain proper documentation of IT assets,



repairs, warranties, and vendor services.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in IT Support / IT Administration / IT Infrastructure.

Robust knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows systems, printers, CCTV, and internet troubleshooting.

Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination.

Valuable communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
