Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Interior Projects with a minimum of 1 year of experience in interior site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating workers and contractors, and ensuring that interior works are completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress at the site.
Check the quality of interior finishing and workmanship.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and report daily site progress.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team.
Ensure materials are available at the site as required.
Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper housekeeping.




Assist with measurements, material checking, snagging, and final handover.
Ensure basic site safety procedures are followed.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision/execution.
Experience in residential, commercial, office, or retail interior projects is preferred.
ITI/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings is an advantage.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage workers and contractors at site.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel locally when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
