Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
Looking for candidates from Navi Mumbai
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Experience using HRMS and payroll systems
Solid communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in startup / IT / SaaS settings
Ability to work independently and meet contract deliverables
Immediate or short notice period preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
