Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to joining.
Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients/company representatives.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with clients and candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
