Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT products and services.
Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients until closure.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the technical and internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and project handover.
Stay updated on market trends,



competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Robust customer relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Basic knowledge of IT products, software, or technology services is an advantage.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.

Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
