Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) for brand campaigns, promotions, and educational content.
Create motion graphic elements, animated text, transitions, and visual enhancements.
Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.
Content Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and structuring the monthly content calendar.
Ideate and propose new creative formats based on trends and competitor analysis.
Repurpose raw footage into multiple usable formats for social media.
Social Media Publishing
Prepare, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Ensure timely posting to align with content strategy and campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics and suggest content optimizations.
Creative Collaboration
Work with the marketing and clinic operations team to produce high-impact visuals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the CEO/lead team.

Requirements
Solid portfolio (mandatory).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.




Understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content.
Detail-oriented, creative mindset, and ability to work with deadlines.
Basic understanding of social media trends and aesthetics.
