Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Multi Technician to join our team. The candidate should have basic knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair works.
Attend electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil complaints.
Troubleshoot and rectify maintenance issues promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Report completed work and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Experience in facility management, residential, commercial, or industrial maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
