We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Real Estate Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining our projects, following up with leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided leads/database.
Understand customers' property requirements, budget, preferred location, and timeline.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment options clearly.
Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for customers.

Requirements




Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Previous experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a solid interest in sales may also apply.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: ₹25000 per month + attractive incentives
Experience: 0–3 years
Incentives: Performance-based incentives (50,000 - 1,00,000)
