Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and following up with existing prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calling.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
Maintain accurate customer and calling details in the CRM.
Update call status, follow-ups, and customer responses in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.




Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
