Eligibility:
Master’s Degree in Science with B.Ed./M.Ed.
10+ years of teaching experience
Mandatory 3–5 years of experience as HOD/Coordinator/Academic Leader
Cambridge or international curriculum experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead curriculum planning and implementation
Mentor and guide Science teachers
Monitor teaching-learning practices and student outcomes
Promote team-oriented and holistic learning environments
Support academic planning, assessments, and departmental development
