Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the overall operations of the FTO.
Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and requirements.
Handle legal and regulatory compliance related to the FTO.
Coordinate with DGCA and ensure timely compliance with applicable requirements.
Maintain effective operational and safety standards across the organisation.
Eligibility:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a flying school/FTO.
Should have a valid background as a QFI/NCC.
Robust knowledge of DGCA regulations, FTO operations, and compliance requirements.
Positive leadership, coordination, and management skills.
