Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to handle student admissions for a reputed university. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions.
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain a robust conversion ratio.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processes.
Address queries via calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, BPO, or Academic Institutions.
Graduation in any discipline.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Location : Kolkata (Onsite)
