Key Responsibilities:
Type and format medical reports, discharge summaries, prescriptions, and clinical documents.
Maintain accurate patient records and healthcare documentation.
Verify medical terminology, diagnoses, and treatment details for accuracy.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for documentation requirements.
Ensure timely completion of typing assignments.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
