The ideal candidate should have:
Hands-on experience in KYC and customer document verification.
Ability to accurately review identity, address and supporting documents.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Understanding of customer verification processes and basic KYC requirements.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales and Operations teams for document clarification and pending requirements.
Robust data accuracy and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications while meeting defined TATs and process timelines.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.
