We are looking for site supervisor in leading interior furnishing firm which is working with Banking, Corporate and Govt Sector.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.
Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.
Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.
Maintain material log.
Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.
Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.
Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure protected working conditions.
Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices
Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.

Requirements
Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.
Strong leadership qualities.
Valuable communication skills.
Ability to handle situation at site.
