Hiring: Future Business Leader – Sales & Marketing

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and growth-oriented Future Business Leader (Sales & Marketing) to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong career in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership, with the chance to take on increasing responsibilities and eventually lead a business function.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, customers, and revenue streams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvement initiatives.
Gradually develop and lead a high-performing sales & marketing team.
