Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
Connect with job seekers and explain recruitment services
Generate and qualify leads through daily calling
Maintain follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Schedule interviews and share job details with candidates
Maintain candidate records and call updates in CRM/sheets
Build positive relationships with candidates and clients
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
Robust communication and convincing skills
Good Hindi and basic English communication
Confident phone handling and follow-up skills
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
Ability to work in a target-driven setting
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Sales or telecalling experience is a plus
Positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills
