Finance Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for managing hotel finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and monthly closing.
Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and cost controls.
Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants.
Monitor inventory, payroll accounting, and financial controls.
Lead and support the Finance & Accounts team.
Provide financial insights to the General Manager and management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce,



or related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
Knowledge of hotel finance, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good MS Excel and accounting software skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
