Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue recent business prospects for space selling / exhibition stall sales across our B2B and B2C exhibitions
Visit competing and complementary exhibitions in and around Maharashtra & Gujarat to identify potential exhibitors and build a lead database
Pitch our upcoming events to prospective exhibitors, sponsors, and partners, both on-call and in-person
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by managing the full sales cycle pitch, negotiation, and closure
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth exhibitor on-boarding pre-event
Maintain and service existing client relationships to drive repeat bookings across future events
Track and report daily sales activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics to the reporting manager
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events to build market presence

Desired Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in B2B / B2C sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, trade show, media, or advertising sales
Strong communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra & Gujarat, including attending events on weekends
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, deadline-oriented environment
