Job Title: Academic Mentor – Hosteller

Job Location: Kottayam, Kerala

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Mentor to support and guide hostel students at our Kottayam Hybrid Centre. In this role, you will help students balance their online coursework with offline classes, maintain structured study routines, and build robust academic habits in a supportive residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Guidance: Supervise daily study hours (prep time), track engagement with digital learning tools, and support students in managing their hybrid class schedules.
Progress Tracking: Monitor test scores, assignment completions, and overall learning trends to identify areas where students need extra help.
Student Mentorship: Assist students in adjusting to hostel life, reducing screen-time distractions, managing exam anxiety, and facilitating peer study sessions.
Parent Engagement: Provide parents with consistent updates regarding attendance,



academic performance, and general well-being.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with hybrid centre staff, educators, and hostel wardens to align schedules and resolve operational or academic issues promptly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance metrics, and individual mentoring logs.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0–3 years in academic mentoring, teaching, hybrid education support, or student management. Fresh graduates with robust communication skills and tech-savviness are encouraged to apply.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kottayam, Kerala prior to starting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
