We are looking for a qualified and experienced Full Time Doctor to manage employee health services, provide primary medical care, handle medical emergencies, and ensure workplace health and safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide medical consultation and treatment to employees.
Handle workplace medical emergencies and first aid cases.
Conduct regular health check-ups and maintain medical records.
Monitor employee health and fitness for duty.
Coordinate with hospitals, ambulances, and external medical agencies when required.
Guide management on workplace health and safety measures.
Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
Conduct awareness sessions on health, hygiene, stress management, and wellness.
Prepare medical reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid Medical Council Registration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital/industrial/company setup.
Valuable communication and emergency handling skills.
Knowledge of occupational health and industrial safety will be preferred.
Ability to manage employee health records confidentially.

Solid decision-making ability.
Emergency response management.
Good interpersonal and counseling skills.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
