Roles and Responsibilities
Customer care and support
Required to attend to the customer calls and provide them with the required information.
Will have to coordinate with other departments for resolving customer's complaints and fulfilling their requests.
Needs to key in the details of the conversation he has with the customer and backend team

Key skills required:
Tamil Language.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Basic Computer skills.
