We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Captain to lead our team and oversee daily operations of an Executive Lounge bar in a reputed 4 star hotel at Thrissur . The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, customer service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Proficiency in Mixology
Knowledge of Indian and foreign made spirits
Oversee daily restaurant operations of the outlet
Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Control costs and maximize profitability
Prepare staff schedules
Proven experience as a Mixologist plus Captain
Robust leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Must have valid hotel management degree or diploma
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
