Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening of candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with salary discussions, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment-related MIS.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets and timelines as assigned.





Requirements
0–1 year of experience in recruitment; freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline; HR/Business Administration background will be preferred.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making regular candidate calls.
Positive coordination and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
