Salary Range ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (+ incentives on closures)
Experience 0–2 years; freshers with positive communication can be considered
Qualification Graduate (any stream); 12th pass with relevant field sales experience mayalso be considered.
Age Group 21 – 30 years (indicative)
Languages Local city language + Hindi; basic English preferred
Two-Wheeler Mandatory, with valid driving license (for daily field visits)
Role Summary
The Field Sales Executive will make daily field visits for merchant acquisition, handling both self-generated prospects and BDM-assigned meetings, closing onboardings, and collecting payments.Key Responsibilities1. Conduct 15–20 merchant visits per day within the assigned territory.
Generate prospects independently by identifying and approaching recent merchants.Attend and close meetings assigned by the BDM and Deliver merchant presentations and pitch thecompany’s products/services Complete agreements and required documentation
Collect payments from merchants
Update the CRM daily with visits, leads, status, and closures.
Follow up with pending and interested merchants.
Monthly Target 20 Self-Generated Closures + 10 BDM Lead Closures = 30 Total Closures/monthKey Skills Robust communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven Comfortable with daily field travel Basic smartphone/CRM app usage/
