Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning domestic and international travel.
Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotels, visa services, and travel insurance.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
Follow up on leads and convert them into bookings.
Build robust customer relationships and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Coordinate with travel partners and stay updated on destinations and travel trends.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Knowledge of travel destinations, itinerary planning, and booking processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting and convert leads into sales.
