Shift Manager – Retail Shop

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Manager to join our shop team.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the shop during assigned shifts
Handle day-to-day store operations
Coordinate and guide staff members
Ensure excellent customer service
Monitor stock and maintain store standards
Handle cash/billing-related activities when required
Resolve customer and staff issues professionally
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and running smoothly

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail/store management is preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a team and handle responsibilities independently
Customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to work in shifts
