Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, product listings, order processing, inventory management, and digital merchandising. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about e-commerce operations and contribute to the growth of our online business.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and the company website.
Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock availability.
Support order processing, shipment tracking, and customer query resolution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing and product trends.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, inventory, and marketplace activities.
Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing, design,



and sales teams to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and marketplace policies.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
Basic knowledge of product catalog management.
Understanding of online customer behavior and marketplace operations.
Experience with Canva or basic image editing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
