Call Quality Intern – EdTech Industry
Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate counsellors’ calls as per quality standards.
Check call quality, communication, counselling approach, and process adherence.
Identify gaps and share feedback with the concerned team.
Maintain daily call quality reports and records.
Coordinate with the training/quality team for performance improvement.
Ensure calls follow company policies and counselling guidelines.
Requirements:
12th Pass/ Pursuing Graduation
Good English & Hindi communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable listening and analytical skills.
Freshers can apply; EdTech/BPO experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹5,073.85 - ₹10,000.00 per month
