The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall business performance, operations, administration, customer service, collections, and compliance of the assigned branch. The incumbent will lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets while ensuring adherence to company's policies, processes, regulatory requirements, and code of conduct.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations and business performance of the branch.

Achieve monthly and annual business, portfolio, collection, and productivity targets.

Lead, guide, motivate, and monitor branch staff and field teams.

Monitor loan sourcing, processing, disbursement, repayment, and collection activities.

Ensure effective overdue and delinquency management.

Monitor branch portfolio quality and identify potential credit and operational risks.

Ensure proper customer acquisition, relationship management, and customer service.

Drive business growth through recent customer acquisition and responsible portfolio expansion.

Monitor day-to-day branch activities and allocate responsibilities to team members.





Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to KYC and verification processes.

Monitor branch expenses and ensure effective cost management.

Oversee daily branch banking transactions and operational activities.

Prepare and submit MIS, business, collection, and other reports to the reporting manager/Head Office.

Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders whenever required for branch-related matters.

Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide coaching and guidance to low-performing employees.

Ensure that all branch employees follow the company’s core values, code of conduct, and institutional policies.

Work Experience: 2-3Yrs in loan sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
