Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a BDE, you will find companies that are hiring, meet them, explain ManyJobs, and help them hire employees through our platform.

Key Responsibilities
Visit 10–15 clients daily and explain ManyJobs services.
Find recent companies and generate leads.
Understand customer hiring needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Handle customer questions and objections.
Help new clients post jobs and start using the platform.
Build positive relationships with clients.
Share market updates and leads with your manager.




Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Update customer meeting details daily.

Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to find and connect with recent customers.
Own bike and valid driving licence required.
Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.

Performance Expectations
Approximately 20 cold-call meetings daily.
Achieve assigned monthly targets.
Complete daily customer interaction updates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
