Job Summary

AVM Labs is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our client relationships and expand our presence across GCC markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture a portfolio of 100+ active clients across GCC locations.
Identify and onboard new clients through market mapping and business development activities.
Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and increase brand visibility in assigned markets.
Build and maintain robust client relationships by providing timely support and follow-ups.
Address client concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business activities in the ERP system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Eligibility Criteria




Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry) or DMLT.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn ERP systems.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
