Conduct personalized, high-value site visits.
Showcase master plans, infrastructure quality, legal compliance, and the lifestyle/investment perks of premium land ownership.
Handle high-ticket commercial negotiations regarding plot dimensions, facing, premium pricing, and payment milestones.
Coordinate with legal and CRM teams to ensure seamless booking, documentation, and registration processes.
Own individual and team-level revenue quotas, conversion ratios, and monthly/quarterly sales milestones.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.91 per month
