Job Description :

Key Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate with suppliers for required materials.
Obtain and compare quotations from different suppliers.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after approval.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and other departments for purchase requirements.
Maintain purchase records, supplier details, quotations, and POs.
Check prices, quantities, delivery schedules, and basic terms before placing orders.
Assist in supplier evaluation and maintaining good supplier relationships.
Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.
Verify purchase invoices against Purchase Orders and delivery documents.
Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities.




Ensure purchases are made as per company policies and approved requirements.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of procurement and purchase procedures.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in ERP / ZOHO purchase software will be an advantage.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
